A Cabo Thanksgiving!

We had so much fun celebrating Thanksgiving with my family in Cabo San Lucas. I went up early and met my parents and some of their friends first. Sage got to ride on his first catamaran. What a life!! Then Suzanne and her parents came on Monday. Carly and Jason and Brian and Ryan all came Wednesday. I waited to take Sage down to the beach untill Ryan got there. It was a great experience. He absolutely loved watching the waves! He is standing up all the time now (with help) and trying to walk. We think he might skip the crawling thing and go right to walking! Sage loved to be in the pool too. He likes it when my dad or Ryan goes under water and then pops up. He laughs so hard! On Thursday afternoon we had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. I love spending time with family and this was such a great trip filled with many wonderful memories!

The most exciting being the moment when Suzanne yelled from the upstairs balcony that they had recieved their approval for adoption from Rwanda! Now we just have to wait for them to get their actual email introducing them to a child in Rwanda that can't wait to have them as parents. I am so excited for them. It's been a long time

Wow I havn't blogged since the beginning of the month! A lot of things have been going on. Here is a little photo update!

Meeting Connor

Sage and I took Jessica and Colt to meet baby Connor. Jenni is one of my oldest and dearest friends and i have been counting down the days to meet her little Connor. I felt like I already knew him from following her blog, but I couldn't wait to hold him close and give Jenni a big hug! It seems like now that we are both mommies, I miss her even more. I can't wait until you move back to Houston Jenni!! Is that in your plans?!?!?!

Jessica and I put Colt in my car and the two boys had their first road trip together. Sage slept the whole time of course. It was good to catch up with Jess. Sage has not been feeling well so we have been secluded at home. Congrats on getting your new job Jess! I'm just sad we won't be able to hang out during the day anymore. :(

Sage loved this toy! I thought it would be too confusing for him, but he could not get enough of it. It made noise and had lights and he actually played with it the right way.

Our little Monkey!

Unfortunately, Sage had his first Halloween a little under the weather. He was doing a lot better then the 3 days before but was still not his self. He still had a good time, and we had a great time watching him. He was one cute little monkey!

We put his costume on Saturday morning to take pictures with my parents before they left for the OSU game.
