Cousins!

We had a busy first week of school! Suzanne and her two kids, Desmond and Charlie, were here all week so on Tuesday and Thursday we had activities for the kids to do.
Tuesday we went to the Children's Museum in the Woodlands.  Avery was cracking me up because she insisted on wearing the ladybug costume the whole time with a princess hat.

My mom was making up a story for the kids to act out

Put to the test

We really put Avery to the test when we took her to Chuck E. Cheese and Wonderwild only 2 and a half weeks into potty training.  She did great.  No accidents!

Chuck E. Cheese with me, Nana and the Spears!

Luke and Emily came on our little adventure too!

I heard Sage tell Luke while climbing up the playground,
"Luke you have to keep your eye on Avery and always ask her if she has to go potty."
HA! Thanks Sage!

This was Avery's favorite part...the ticket counter. HA! She thought it was a game

Seriously Good

My mom and I took Sage and Avery to Houston Oaks last week and Sage shocked us both with his golfing skills!  He is seriously good. He actually hit the ball then ran to the ball and hit it again. for SIX holes in a row.  He has always just randomly hit the ball every now and then, but this time was different.  He actually played until he putted it in the hole!  His putting is not great, he just taps it in.  Usually takes about 8 puts, but his driving is so good! Like, up in the air and pretty far.  So proud of him and the way he stuck with it.

The most adorable caddie
My mom and I took turns driving the golf cart and walking the course with Sage.  He would look at whoever was in the cart and yell "putter!" when he would get on the green.  Or "water!" when he was too hot.  He was cracking us up.  Just like a pro!!

OMG!
I was taking a picture next to the hole Sage just finished and I turned around to see Avery singing God Bless America to the flag.
 Hilarious!!!

Ok this is hard to see but Sage was standing where I took this picture and hit it really close to the flag!

"I'm making a sand castle momma"
"There is no sand.  That's dirt Avery"
"umm....I'm making a dirt castle momma"
HA!
A little baseball before we leave...

Then over the weekend Ryan and my Dad came out with us so Sage could show them his skills!

I love to watch Sage be so proud of himself.  And to work so hard!
