Fall Festival

Our church, Faithbridge, has a fall festival every year for Halloween. Sage had a great time and we got to see a lot of our friends and their little ones. All the kids were dressed up in their Halloween costumes. Sage is Superman this year! He had the best time in the toddler game rooms. Sage said thank you and Bye to all the volunteers. I was so proud of him!

We only did this slide one time. Sage loved it, but it was so hard for my to walk up the steep steps holding him. It was a lot of work!

5 Month Ultrasound

Tuesday, my mom and I went to my 5 month ultrasound. (Ryan had to work) Everything looks good. Baby Avery is 12 oz. She is measuring 20 weeks and 1 day. But they are not changing my due date. March 15, March 18, who really knows...

Our Little Punkin'

I copied this idea from a friend. Mine doesn't look as great, but we had fun! Baby Carson and his mom Stacey, and Lia and her mom, Katie came over to attempt the Pumpkin craft project. After the initial crying from all three kids at the same time, they got the hang of it. We just painted their bottoms and they sat on the paper. Butt prints make pumpkins...who knew?!

Next month it's handprint turkeys!

Homecoming 2010

We had so much fun taking Sage to the Homecoming game. He had a great time before the game and during the game cheering on the Cowboys! Unfortunantly we did not win, but it was a good game!

What a fun weekend!

Somehow I have no pictures of my mom, Sorry mom! We had fun with you too! Thank you for everyting you do to help me with Sage when we go on trips! Couldn't do it without your help!!

Off to Stilly!

Ryan, Sage and I went Friday afternoon to Stillwater for Oklahoma State's Homecoming. My parents and sister and brother in law came too! Homecoming at OSU is so fun. It is a huge part of attending OSU. I have gone every year since I started at OSU except for last year. I was so sad I wasn't able to take Sage to his first Homecoming last year. This year was probably a better first for him anyway. He was old enough to enjoy the house decks and football game. I loved sharing Homecoming with Ryan two years ago and now Sage this year.

We got there Friday evening for walk-arounds. This is where you walk around the Greek communtiy and see the house decks the sororities and fraternities have been working on for months. They cover the house that they are infront of, they are huge. They were great this year, like they always are.

Here is a picture of one of the House Decks. They are made with chicken wire and tissue paper. Its called pomping. Its hard to explain, but its amazing when its done. It takes months to finish. Both the sorority and fraternity members work on the house decks and the decks are judged each year.

Bouncing Bears

Jessica, Mitch, and I took Sage and Colt to Bouncing Bears on 2920 today. It was awesome! It is one huge room with 7 or 8 bouncing houses with lots of slides. The boys had a great time! I can't wait for them to get a bit older so they can do everything on their own. I can't believe I just found out about this place. Sage is free for one more month!! Only $5 after 18 months. Can't wait to go back. Sage loved it and was exhausted afterwards!!

Enjoying the weather

We have been enjoying the nice, somewhat cooler weather.

Sage wants to do everything by himself now. If I try to help him up the ramp to the top of the swingset he says NO and grabs my hand and throws it off him. And he doesn't want help down the slide either. What a big boy!

Sage had a bad diaper rash that was hurting him and I was told to let him sit in the tub for a while and let his bottom air out. Not wearing a diaper. This seemed more fun!
