Last week I watched Carson and Payton for my cousin Lisa and we had such a great time!  Sage was so excited to spend the day with his cousins and wished it would happen more often.  We missed their sisters Reese and Sophie and hope to play with them soon too!!
After we put Avery down for a nap we went swimming.  I actually got to lay out and watch them from the side of the pool!  So glad sage is such a good swimmer and Payton and Carson kept him busy! Here's some pictures from my chair! :)

Lane's 1st Birthday!

My best friend's son, Lane, had his first birthday party last weekend.  I can't believe he is ONE already!  We had a great time at the party celebrating with lots of our friends.  Here are some pictures of the adorable Under the Sea themed party!

Lucky Me!

I am so lucky that i live close to both my parents and Ryans parents.  We actually live right in the middle of them, 35 minutes to my parents and 50 minutes to Ryan's parents house.  ALSO, although both my mom and Jean do a lot of volunteering and charity work, they both don't have a full time job, which means they are available during the week!  AND they LOVE to take the kids. Whether its one at a time or taking both kids they see the kids at least once a week.  And Avery and Sage LOVE to spend time at both of their houses!!  Here are some pictures of them playing at Nana and Grandpas and Mimi and Papas, both from last week!!

40 YEARS!!

My parents had their 40 year Anniversary on August 5.  They are such a true model of a loving, Christian marriage. Thank you Mom and Dad for showing me what true love is!
Mom and Dad went off to Cabo to celebrate and we (carly, Jason, Brian, Suzanne, Ryan and me) surprised them with a dinner on the beach, something they have never done in forty years!  They loved it! Then we celebrated when they got back home with some more fun gifts!
