Best. Trip. Ever! Part 1
We recently got back from California where we went with my parents and my brothers family to Disneyland!!! In the previous post I showed the video of Ryan and I surprising the kids with the trip and from that moment on we were in Disney mode!!
The trip was a gift from my parents for Christmas, and it was our favorite family trip to date! There were many reasons why it was so great, but seeing the smiles on both my kids faces AND my parents faces was the best! And watching Ryan bond with Avery this trip was priceless! So many special memories were made there. We can't wait to go back!!
There were HUNDREDS of pictures taken throughout the trip and I want to post them ALL, but I'll only post my favorites! (which is still a lot!) Have to break this trip into several posts. :) Enjoy!

This video makes me smile and tear up at the same time. I was so excited to surprise them with this and go on this trip!! LOVE their reaction. Blessed, so blessed!!

4 year Stats!
I can't believe my little boy is now a big 4 year old! Four years ago I changed from being a daughter and wife to a Mother. One of the best days of my life. Sage is a ball of energy with a sweet heart.
Sage is 3 ft. 6 in. which puts him in the 84percentile. The doctor says if he keeps this growth pattern he will be 6 ft tall when he grows up! Sage is in the 60th percentile weighing 37.6 lbs.
His eyes and ears checked out great (although I did realize we need to work on recognizing certain letters)

Dressing up (prince, pirate, fireman, cowboy, ect)

playing with the "big kids" on the street,
visiting Houston Oaks to play golf

Reese's Peanut Butter Cups

Going to Gymnastics

On Sage's actual birthday we went to a park to release some butterflies that his Mimi got him. We have watched them since they were caterpillars and he was so excited to set them free! We invited some friends to help us celebrate.

Very Impressed!
I was very impressed with the Woodlands Children's Museum! There was so much to do! Nana and I had a great time watching the kids enjoy all the fun stations!!

Sage loved this tube that just blew air. He was very interested in what it could make float. :)
Bye Bye Aeros!!
The day after Sage's birthday party we all went to the Aeros game. It was the Houston Aeros last game in Houston. The hockey team is moving and we all wanted to send them off together. A lot of memories have been made at those hockey games since I was in High School. It was so cool to have all of us there with our own children to say goodbye. Fun times!
