CABO!!

Sage and I have been in Cabo for 10 days! Ryan came a little later because of work and Jason and Carly had to leave before New Years and Brian Suzanne and Des left a few minutes ago. We leave to head home tomorrow.

We have all had such a great trip. It was so much fun watching Desmond and Sage play together. Yes, they did fight over toys and Mimi, but for the most part, they got along well. Sharing is really hard at this age, and they had a lot of practice this week!

Sage's favorite thing to do here is to ride on the golf carts and play golf. He is so into watching Dadda and Papa hit the ball. He wakes up every morning wanting to go ride on the golf cart. He got a little scared of the ocean this trip, but hopefully that will pass. He is blowing bubbles really well and loves to swim.

We figured out that this is his 6th trip to Cabo, and he's not even two yet! This is our last trip as a family of three, I can't wait to bring him back once we have Avery!

New Room

So I have been working on Sage's big boy room for a while now. we wanted to move him into his new room before Avery was born so he would be comfortable in it before she got here. It's a sports theme and I'm really happy on how it turned out. I love the little red lockers I got to store books and toys in. And the pictures above his bed look good too. The big picture is a photo of the Texans stadium.

Here is Sage checking out his new room on Christmas morning. I hope the transition into his new. bed and new room go smoothly. He will start sleeping in it as soon as we get home from Cabo. It's got to be better than the pack n play here that he can climb out of now.

Coaster

One of Sage's favorite gifts. He now has one at Nana and Grandpa's house in Conroe and one at Mimi and Papa's house in Memorial. Its too big for our house. Brian and Suzanne got us a smaller one to use at our house that we will try out when we get home from Cabo.

Christmas 2010!

Finally getting my Christmas post up. We are enjoying Cabo now and have been here since the 26. We will be here until January 5! Sage and his cousin, Desmond, are having a great time together. More pictures from this trip later.

Christmas..

Chirstmas morning we woke up at our house, opening presents from the three of us and seeing Sage's Santa gifts! Sage's biggest gift was his new big boy room. That will get its own post later!

Then we headed to my parents house for more Christmas celebrations.

Sage's Girlfriend

Sage and Lia Cato have been friends since they were born. Katie and I got the two together to exchange Christmas gifts the other day. Lia has been out of town for a while so they hadn't seen each other in a couple weeks. They really missed each other...they were very affectionate. Katie and I were laughing so hard when it looked like Sage was getting a lap dance! So cute! I'm sure they will love these pictures when they get older! :)

First visit to the ZOO!

Sage had his first visit to the Houston zoo this week. We went with our friend Jennifer Flack and her son Bennett, that we met through our small group at Faithbridge. We all had a great time and we will be doing more and more things together hopefully!




Two very tired boys on the drive home! Can't wait to go back!
