Father/ Son Baseball Game

Ryan and Sage took their friends Mike and Luke to an Astros game during Avery's Potty Training Bootcamp.  Good Father Son time!  Looks like they had so much fun!

41 Years!

My parents celebrated 41 years of marriage on August 5. 

 What a true example of a strong Christian marriage. 

Thank you Mom and Dad for being such great role models,

 I am blessed to call you my parents (and Mimi and Papa)

My Dad got my mom a tree for their anniversary. 

We put a 41 candle in a granola bar. HA!

Potty Training Bootcamp!

Doesn't seem that long ago that I was teaching this little man how to peepee in the potty...

3 days at home and he was potty trained...pretty easy 

 

Three weeks ago it was Avery's turn...took longer than three days but she is officially potty trained! 

We have even tested her out at Chuck E Cheese and Wonder wild (jumpy place) and she hasn't had any accidents! So proud of my little princess!

First sticker!! Things looked good!

 

 

Quickly realized I needed to include Sage in this too. He got stickers when he did all the "potty steps" by himself.  He also got a reeses when Avery went. The peer pressure helped.  He was always asking her if she needed to go! And was just as excited as she was when she went!  A win/win!

After getting only ONE sticker the first day I was trying hard to stay optimistic,

but this adorable face kept me smiling!

More time at the Lake

We enjoyed many days at the lake this summer!  The kids LOVE to be with their Nana and Grandpa and have so much fun doing all the activities there are at their house! A few weeks ago the kids and I spent a few days there and then Daddy met us for the weekend!
