Family "Stay-cation"

Last weekend we had planned a trip to Sea World in San Antonio, but decide at the last minute to save some money by just staying closer to home.  We found a Weekend Adventure Pass that let us ride unlimited rides at the downtown Houston Aquarium, Kemah, and Pleasure Pier in Galveston.  (we didn't go to Galveston, but the pass was still worth it!)

So, Friday night we went to the Aquarium

 (and stayed at my parents house that night)

 

This is the first time we have been here where the White Tigers actually got up and di something!

STUCK!

Then Saturday we headed to Kemah!

EVERYTIME we went around Avery would wave and say Hi Daddy!!!  SO CUTE!

 

 I can't believe Sage wanted to go on this ride that just DROPS.  He laughed the whole time and rode it about 10 times, I only had to ride it the first 2 times. :)

 

Then we went on this SUPER fast twirling ride.  He wasn't scared one bit but was glued to my sie laughing the whole time!

 Here is A on a ride that took us up high and slowly spun around to look at the whole Boardwalk.  A guy near us had an OU shirt on so we had the kids chant O-S-U Cowboys, hand motions and all! Well, Avery chanted it the WHOLE ride. HA!  Here she is saying Cowboooooyyyyyysssss!!

 And they are DONE!

What a great weekend, just the 4 of us!
