Pictures from LA!

When we were in LA Suzanne's friend took picrtures of Sage and Desmond and our families. We got the CD of pictures today. They are great! Here are a few of my favorites

Meeting the Easter Bunny!

Today Sage, My Mom and I met Jessica, Colt and Alicia (her sister) at Memorial City Mall to meet the Easter bunny and have lunch with Ryan and Danny! There was NO line and Sage did great on the Easter bunny's lap. Then we all ate at Becks Prime. YUMMY! Before we left, my mom and I took Sage on the carousel in the mall. He wasn't sure about it at first but did have fun!

Houston Oaks/ Easter #1

We are so fortunate that my parents own a part of the golf club Houston Oaks. We went out there for their employee picnic on Monday night. We all had a great time. It is a beautiful area of North Houston (near Hockley). We can't wait to go back!

Bubbles!

We get to celebrate easter three times this year! With my parents, with Ryans parents, and then with friends in Gulf Shores on Easter Sunday! We had our first Easter with my parents last night at their house. Sage hunted for Easter eggs on the putting green and loved shaking the eggs that were filled with veggie puffs! He loved all the gifts from his Mimi and Poppop! Thanks mom and Dad for making Sage's first Easter so special! Pictures from the other Easters to come!

11 Months!

Sage turned 11 months on March 29. He is the light of our lives!

Our lives have recently changed since Sage is walking everywhere! Just in two short weeks he is pulling up and walking all over the house! He is at such a fun age!

LA trip

This weekend Ryan, Sage and I went to meet Desmond, my brother's first son!! My first nephew! My parents came up on Friday too. Although Sage got sick, we had a great time! Desmond is the cutest, happiest little boy. Sage and Des had a great time together. I hope Des doesn't catch the cold that Sage did.

SIDE NOTE
Our trip home was HORRIBLE!! Our Continental flight to IAH was four hours delayed so we decided to get a southwest flight to Hobby and stay at my parents. Our bags stayed on the continental flgiht . Well the flight was fine, Sage slept. Untill the end...The pilot came on and said we had to land in San Antonio because of fog in Houston. Well as we landed sick Sage woke up and cried so hard, wouldn't stop. He then started choking and threw up all over me. He was so congested! Then I started to cry. We got off the plane finally and were told our flight would take off at 7:30am (it was 2am) we decided to rent a car and drive. Sage finally calmed down...untill we got to a gas station to fill up on caffiene to stay awake and drive home. He started crying again and would not stop. We had to pull over on the side of I-10 and I had to walk with him by the car at 4am in the morning! He was inconsolable. Ryan, my mom and I couldn't do anything to get him to stop. It was so sad. I felt so bad for him.. He was miserable!! Scary. He didn't stop crying until we turned on a dvd on my computer and he was in my arms. He finally fell back asleep for the rest of the trip. We got home at 6am.
