Protecting the Castle

Last Saturday we all went up to Conroe to spend the day with Ryans parents, then they watched Sage and Avery while Ryan and I went out with friends.  Thanks Jean and Dave!  We love spending time with you both and we love a night out too! :)

They both got new dress up clothes to stay at Nanas!! THis skirt is SO CUTE.  It sings the Hokey Pokey when you press a certain button.  EVery time Avery would bend over her tummy would press the button.  HA! We eventually had to take the little sound box out for a while.

A special Thursday Night!

After bible study on Thursday Sage Avery and I headed to my parents house to spend some time with Mimi!  After Sage started feeling awful and started running a high fever we decided to go ahead and spend the night. (i knew he couldn't go to school on Friday so why not stay, sleep in, and have my mom help me with the kids on Friday?!) I'm glad we decided to stay.  We had lots of fun!

Day with Payton!

Last Saturday we got to spend the day with my cousins daughter Payton!  My kids LOVE all of their cousins but were especially excited to spend all day with Payton. 

After Colt's birthay the kids napped and Payton and I went and got our nails done together!

 

 

Then we came home and played all evening long!

Just waiting to see what Payton would do next. 

 

 We played this for a long time.  So funny!

 

 

Movie time!

Sage is now working toward having his first sleep over with Carson at the Smiths house.  So this way he can have all the Smiths kids to himself!  No Avery and a night with Payton, Carson, Reese and Sophie! All he has to do is STAY IN HIS ROOM ALL NIGHT untill his special clock tells him he can come downstairs. (7:00) He only needs 5 stars and he has 4 already in one week!  Then he got sick. :(  Maybe next weekend...

Monkeying around!

Carly and I headed over to Monkey Bizness again last Tuesday.  This time Jessica came with Colt and Lane.  We had the place to ourselves most of the time!  Sage  had to bring his extra Spiderman costume for Colt! Fun times!

"New House, new house!"

As I pulled up to the lot Avery got all excited and said "new house, new house Momma!" She probably doesn't really understand that we will be living in this new house by the end of this year, but she knows thats what we call this muddy place! Too cute!  Sage was excited to walk the house too.  Now that he can tell where his room will be, he likes to visit.  Still having fun building this house.  Not stressful yet...
